Website terms of use
The rules for using credantic.com. The site is for information and is not professional advice.
Effective date: October 17, 2026. Last updated: October 17, 2026. Credantic Technologies LLC, info@credantic.com.
These terms govern your use of the public website at credantic.com (the "Site"), operated by Credantic Technologies LLC, a limited-liability company ("Credantic", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The client portal at portal.credantic.com is covered by separate Portal Terms.
Information only
The Site describes our services and how we work. It is general information about AI Integration, Technology Consulting, Government Contracting, Outsourcing and Creative Media. It is not a quote, an offer, a proposal or a commitment to provide any service. Services are provided only under a written agreement signed by Credantic and the client.
No professional advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, accounting, insurance, cybersecurity, procurement or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site is a guarantee of a result, a certification or a compliance determination. Do not rely on the Site for decisions. Speak with a qualified professional who has reviewed your facts. If you are a government contractor or bidder, confirm requirements with the agency and your own advisers.
No client relationship from using the Site or sending a message
Using the Site, sending a message through the contact form, or emailing or calling us does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any duty of confidentiality on our part beyond what our privacy policy describes, until we both sign a written agreement. Please do not send confidential, privileged, secret or sensitive information through the Site or before an agreement (or a signed non-disclosure agreement) is in place. We may decline any enquiry.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, layout, graphics, code and the Credantic name and shield logo, is owned by Credantic or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Credantic" and the shield logo are trademarks of Credantic Technologies LLC. Third-party photographs and marks belong to their owners (see the photo credits and trademark notice). We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the Site and to print or save a copy of pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape at scale, frame, or create derivative works from the Site, or use our marks, without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights when using the Site;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers or other users' data, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
- interfere with or overload the Site, or introduce malware;
- use automated means to submit the contact form in bulk, or submit false, misleading or unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
We may block access, remove submissions or report conduct to authorities if we believe these rules are broken.
Your submissions
If you send us a message, you confirm that you have the right to send it. You grant us permission to use it to respond to you and to operate our business as described in our privacy policy. Ideas or feedback you send us without a written agreement may be used by us without obligation to you, but we will not publish your name or message without your permission.
Third-party links and content
The Site may link to websites, tools or content operated by others. We do not control them, do not endorse them and are not responsible for them or for what they do with your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Appearing in a link does not mean we have a relationship with the owner.
Disclaimers
The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that its content is accurate, complete or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credantic and its members, managers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. These terms do not limit anything we agree in a signed services agreement, which controls for the services it covers.
Governing law and disputes
Nevada law governs these terms and your use of the Site, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Before bringing any claim, you agree to email us at info@credantic.com with a description of the issue and to give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
Changes to the Site and to these terms
We may change or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time. We may update these terms by posting the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. For a material change we will also post a notice on the Site.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization. These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
