Private AI is a language model that runs on hardware you control, or in your own cloud tenancy, and answers from your own documents. It is for law firms, clinics, agencies and others whose rules or clients do not allow case files to go to a public API. We size the machine, ground the model in your files and train your team to run it after we leave.

How does an engagement with Credantic work?

Every engagement has three steps: a conversation with the person who would do the work, a written scope with a fixed price or a clear rate and ceiling, and delivery you can follow in a client portal, where milestones, documents and invoices live. At handover, you own what was built.

That is how we design it. Open-weight models run on hardware you own or in your own cloud tenancy, and we build so that nothing leaves your boundary unless you approve it.

We are open to that work: focused technical capacity for prime contractors and agencies, delivered with the documentation and traceability public-sector work requires. Our SAM.gov registration is pending, so ask us about current status before you plan around it.

Both. We work by video call, email and phone, and we meet in person at your premises or at a shared workspace we book for the meeting. We do not have a public office, so the easiest way to start is by email or phone.

Every project gets a written scope with a fixed price, or a clear rate with a ceiling, agreed before any invoice. We do not publish prices because cost follows scope: integrations, data, security needs and support after launch. Our cost guides explain each factor.

The work is built to be handed over. Code lives in your repository under your account, with documentation for setup, deployment and operations, so your own team or another contractor can pick it up.

Credantic was formed in 2026, so we have no client list to show yet. What we offer instead is a written scope before any invoice, a price you know in advance, small first projects, and work you own at handover.
