Accessibility statement
Our aim is a site that works for everyone, measured against WCAG 2.1 AA.
Draft - review with counsel before publishing.
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]. Credantic Technologies LLC, info@credantic.com.
Credantic Technologies LLC is committed to making credantic.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is a goal we work toward, not a claim that every page already conforms.
Measures we take
The following reflect how the Site is built today. [CONFIRM: each item against the published Site before publishing.]
- Text and interface colours are chosen to meet AA contrast ratios, in both the light and dark themes.
- Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard and shows a visible focus indicator.
- Pages use headings, landmarks, labelled form fields and descriptive link text so they can be navigated with a screen reader.
- Controls on touch screens are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Pages reflow to a single column on small screens without horizontal scrolling, and text can be enlarged.
- Motion respects the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system.
- Meaningful images have text alternatives. Decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
- The contact form has visible labels and plain-language error messages.
We check new pages against these points before they go live [CONFIRM: process, and any automated or manual testing tools used].
Known limitations
[KNOWN LIMITATIONS - list any pages, documents or third-party content that do not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA, with a date by which each will be fixed, or write "None known as of the date of last review" after a real review.]
Some content on the Site comes from third parties, such as embedded tools or linked sites, which we do not control.
