Five practice areas. One standard of work.
Credantic Technologies works in five practice areas, each scoped and delivered by the same person whatever its size. Here is what each one covers, who it suits and how it is engaged.
AI Integration
AI Integration is Credantic's flagship practice: we connect language models to your documents, software and workflows, and can run them on hardware you control so they answer from your own material. It is designed so nothing leaves your building unless you approve it.
Most organizations have concluded they need AI and stopped there, because the obvious path means sending their documents, customer records or case files to a third party. For some law firms, clinics and agencies under data protection obligations, that is not an option their rules or clients allow.

Typical engagements
- Sizing and specifying the hardware
- Standing up open-weight models on-premises or in your own cloud tenancy
- Retrieval over your internal documents, so the model answers from your material rather than guessing
- Fine-tuning on your data
- Automating the workflows around the result
- Training your team to run it after we leave
Technology Consulting
Technology Consulting is architecture and modernization work for software that has outgrown its original design: system design, legacy migration planning, integration between systems, and technical due diligence or a second opinion on a plan already in motion. You get an architect for a defined problem, not a body for a year.

Typical engagements
- Application architecture and system design
- Legacy modernization and migration planning
- Integration between systems that were never meant to talk to each other
- Technical due diligence, or a second opinion on a plan already in motion
Government Contracting
Government Contracting is Credantic's practice for public-sector technology work, offered to prime contractors that need a specialist subcontractor and to agencies that need focused technical capacity. We build to the standard that work runs on: a clear written scope, a record of decisions, delivery documentation with traceability, and artifacts written to stand up to audit review and a change of staff. Where data rules require it, private AI can run inside your own boundary. Our SAM.gov registration is pending, so ask about current status before you plan around it.

Typical engagements
- A clear written scope and a record of decisions
- Delivery documentation with traceability
- Artifacts written to stand up to audit review and staff turnover
- Private AI that runs inside your own boundary
Outsourcing
Outsourcing is dedicated capacity for defined, ongoing work that is necessary but should not be consuming your own team: back-office operations, data processing, documentation and support functions. It suits teams whose growth is being absorbed by process rather than product. We do not subcontract it, and we document it so your team can take it back.

Typical engagements
- Back-office operations
- Data processing
- Documentation
- Support functions
Creative Media
Creative Media is Credantic's production practice for original music, video and animation, taken from concept through final delivery. It is a working practice, not a side interest, and it runs on the same discipline as the rest of the firm: a written scope with a fixed price or a clear rate and ceiling before any invoice, and the same person from the first call to final delivery. It suits artists, labels and brands who need finished work rather than a pitch deck.

Typical engagements
- Original music
- Video production
- Animation
- Concept through final delivery
How does an engagement with Credantic work?
Every engagement has three steps: a conversation with the person who would do the work, a written scope with a fixed price or a clear rate and ceiling, and delivery you can follow in a client portal, where milestones, documents and invoices live. At handover, you own what was built.
A conversation
Talk with the person who would do the work. If we are not the right firm, we will say so.
A written scope
Fixed price, or a clear rate and ceiling. No discovery invoice before you know what you are buying.
Delivery you can see
Milestones, documents and invoices live in your client portal. At handover, you own it.

Tell us what you are trying to accomplish.
A conversation, then a written scope with a fixed price or a clear rate and ceiling. No discovery invoice before you know what you are buying.
