Privacy policy
What we collect through credantic.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Effective date: October 17, 2026. Last updated: October 17, 2026. Credantic Technologies LLC, info@credantic.com.
This policy explains what Credantic Technologies LLC ("Credantic", "we", "us"), a limited-liability company, collects through the public website at credantic.com (the "Site"), why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Work we do for clients is governed by the agreement we sign with each client. The client portal at portal.credantic.com has its own terms and privacy notice.
Information we collect
"Covered information" here means the personally identifiable information that Nevada law (NRS 603A.320) describes, such as a name, an email address or an online identifier, when we collect it through the Site. We collect the following categories.
Contact form and email. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, the topic you select (such as custom software development, AI integration, private AI, Technology Consulting, Government Contracting, Outsourcing or Creative Media), and the message you write. You choose what to put in the message. Please do not send us confidential client data, passwords or government identifiers through the form.
Server and hosting logs. When you visit the Site, our web server and hosting providers may log your IP address, browser user agent, the pages requested, referring page and the date and time of the request. We use these logs for security, troubleshooting and capacity planning.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to see in aggregate how visitors use the Site. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive information such as your IP address, approximate location, device and browser details, and pages viewed.
Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser on your device. It is not sent to us.
We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers or health information through the Site.
How we use information
- To reply to your message and, if you ask, to scope and quote work.
- To prepare replies faster: messages sent to info@credantic.com, including contact form messages, may be read by an AI drafting assistant that runs on hardware Credantic owns. It only prepares draft replies; a person reviews every reply before it is sent, and your message is not sent to an outside AI service for this purpose.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and contractual obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use contact form messages for advertising.
Categories of third parties we may share information with
We share covered information only as needed to run the Site and our business. The categories of third parties are:
- Hosting and network providers that serve the Site and store server logs: Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the Site, and servers operated by Credantic, which host the Site and store contact form messages.
- Email providers that deliver and store the messages you send us and our replies: Northwest Registered Agent, which hosts our info@credantic.com mailbox.
- Analytics providers: Google (Google Analytics).
- Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, insurers and auditors, under duties of confidentiality.
- Government authorities, courts and other parties where we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or is needed to protect rights, safety or security.
- A successor, if Credantic is involved in a merger, sale or reorganization, subject to this policy or a notice of change.
These providers may process information only to provide their services to us or as their own terms describe for their own services (for example, an analytics provider's own use of data under its terms).
Sale of covered information and your opt-out right
We do not sell covered information. For this purpose "sale" has the meaning in NRS 603A.333: the exchange of covered information for monetary consideration by us to a person for that person to license or sell the information to additional persons. We do not do that.
Nevada law (NRS 603A.345) lets a consumer direct an operator not to make any sale of covered information the operator has collected or will collect. To submit that direction, email info@credantic.com with the subject line "Nevada opt-out request". We will reasonably verify the request and respond within 60 days of receiving it. You can submit the request even though we do not currently sell covered information.
How to review and request changes to your information
You can ask us to tell you what covered information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
- Email info@credantic.com with the subject line "Privacy request - review", "Privacy request - correction" or "Privacy request - deletion".
- Tell us what you are asking for and which email address you used when you contacted us.
- We will verify your identity before acting. We may reply to the email address you used with us and ask you to confirm details of your earlier message. We will not ask for a government identifier or payment card number.
- We will respond within 60 days. We may decline or limit a request where the law allows or requires us to keep the information, for example records we must retain for legal or tax reasons.
You may also call us at (775) 378-4312 to make a request; we will confirm it by email.
Cookies, tracking and third-party collection over time
Cookies. The Site itself does not set cookies and does not require them to load. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the Site from automated abuse. Google Analytics sets cookies or uses similar identifiers to recognize your browser and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you may be able to use the provider's opt-out tools. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from reading the Site or contacting us.
Third parties and online activities over time and across sites. Google, as the analytics provider, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services, because its cookies and identifiers can be recognized on other sites that use the same provider. We do not run advertising networks or behavioral advertising on the Site.
Do not track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. The Site does not currently change how it collects or uses information in response to those signals. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS, with browsers instructed to always use it), a strict content security policy on the Site, storage of contact form messages on servers only Credantic can access, two-factor authentication on our client portal, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a breach of the security of our system data affects personal information of a Nevada resident in a way that NRS 603A.220 covers, we will notify affected residents, and others where required, in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, as that law requires, consistent with the needs of law enforcement and with measures needed to determine the scope of the breach and restore the integrity of the system.
How long we keep information
- Contact form messages and email: up to 24 months after our last exchange, or longer if a business relationship follows or we must keep records.
- Server logs: 14 days, after which they are deleted.
- Analytics data: kept by Google Analytics for two months, the shortest retention period it offers for event-level data, and reported to us only in aggregate.
When information is no longer needed we delete it or de-identify it, subject to backups that are overwritten on a schedule.
Children
The Site is written for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect covered information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, email info@credantic.com and we will delete it.
Residents of other states
Some states give residents additional rights over personal information, such as rights to know, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses. If you live in one of those states, you may email info@credantic.com to make a request, and we will handle it as the law that applies to you requires. This section is general information and does not state that any particular state law applies to Credantic.
Changes to this policy
When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post a notice on the Site (for example a banner or a line on the home page) for at least 30 days before or after the change takes effect. If the change affects how we use information you have already sent us, we will also email you where we have your address and the change is significant. Please check this page from time to time.
