WHAT WE DO

Services

Five practice areas, one standard of work.

AI Integration and Automation

Most organizations have concluded they need AI and stopped there, because the obvious path means sending their documents, their customer records, or their case files to a third party. For a law firm, a clinic, an agency, or anyone under a data protection obligation, that is not a trade they are allowed to make.

We build the other option: models that run on hardware you control. Nothing leaves your building unless you decide it does.

Typical engagements include sizing and specifying the hardware, standing up open-weight models on-premises or in your own cloud tenancy, retrieval over your internal documents so the model answers from your material rather than guessing, fine-tuning on your data, automating the workflows around the result, and training your team to run it after we leave.

Good for: teams with data they cannot send to a public API, organizations that have been quoted a per-seat price that scales badly, and anyone who wants the capability without the dependency.

Technology Consulting

Architecture and engineering for teams whose software has outgrown its original design. Typical engagements include application architecture and system design, legacy modernization and migration planning, integration between systems that were never meant to talk to each other, and technical due diligence or second opinions on a plan already in motion.

Good for: organizations that need a senior architect for a defined problem, not a body for a year.

Government Contracting

Public-sector work runs on documentation, traceability, and predictable delivery. We build to that standard by default: clear scope, written decisions, and artifacts that survive an audit and a change of staff.

Good for: prime contractors needing a specialist subcontractor, and agencies needing focused technical capacity. Our AI work matters here too, since a model that runs inside your own boundary is often the only version procurement can approve.

Business Process Outsourcing

Dedicated capacity for defined, ongoing work: back-office operations, data processing, documentation, and support functions. We take the work that is necessary but should not be consuming your senior people.

Good for: teams whose growth is being absorbed by process rather than product.

Creative Media

Original production across music, video, and animation, from concept through final delivery. This is a working practice, not a side interest, and it runs on the same production pipeline discipline as the rest of the firm.

Good for: artists, labels, and brands who need finished work rather than a pitch deck.

How engagements start

A conversation, then a written scope with a fixed price or a clear rate and ceiling. No discovery invoice before you know what you are buying.
